Orange Ember is a family owned food truck in Burlington, Iowa started by husband and wife team Travis and Ashlyn Long, with the help of our biggest fan and son, Brody. We create fresh, local, specialty foods with a touch of smoke or flame. We use fresh ingredients and make almost everything from scratch. Our ingredients are locally sourced as much as possible. We are taking steps towards a more eco-friendly food truck by using biodegradable products.
We would like to thank everyone that lent a helping hand, our customers, and those that encouraged us to follow our dreams. We will see you out on the streets!
